Founder and Managing Partner 

Mr. Venkatakrishna Donthi is a graduate engineer, with post graduation diploma in discipline of International business management and attended the coveted finance certification from IIM - Bangalore specialising in Venture capital and private equity finance. He worked with an American bank and the last role as employee was that of Regional Business Head based in South India. He personally involves in all aspects of the advisory and fund structuring for almost all clients. The complex structures advised and executed from beginning to end by him make most customers loyal for life with our company. 

Partner

Pooja Singh is a Post graduate from Loyola Business administration and worked with Reliance group and a few MNCs at management level before she helped co-found the company and has been an integral part of the firm ever since. She manages existing client relationships in the support aspects post transactions and the company's internal personnel management. Most clients have been our clients for the past 5yrs and have done repeat transaction with us due to the transparent and prudent transaction we execute for them.
